Transportation provided to and from The Park Lane and The Essex House to The Boathouse for the Welcome Party.
At both hotels, transportation will depart from the back entrance on 58th street starting at 5:50pm with a second bus leaving around 6:15pm. Transportation will return back to both hotels from The Boathouse starting at 9:20pm.​​

Transportation will be provided to and from The Park Lane and The Essex House to St. Ignatius for the wedding ceremony.
At both hotels, transportation will depart promptly from the back entrance on 58th Street at 2:15pm. Riders can start boarding by 2:05pm. Transportation will return
back to both hotels after the wedding ceremony ends.​

Transportation will be provided from The Park Lane and The Essex House to The Rainbow Room.
At both hotels, transportation will depart promptly from the back entrance on 58th Street at 6:30pm. Riders can start boarding by 6:20pm.Return travel from The Rainbow Room to hotels will be the responsibility of each guest. Anyone needing assistance in obtaining a ride, please contact a member of the wedding planning staff who will be around all evening--they can provide guidance on transportation options.
DIRECTIONS TO THE RAINBOW ROOM
Guests to enter through the revolving doors on 49th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues, under the Rainbow Room Marquee.
Guests should cross the corridor to the “up” escalator which takes them to the mezzanine level. Once on the mezzanine, private elevators take the guests to the 65th Floor and to the Event.
